Description:

Agilent / HP 16531A Digitizing Oscilloscope Card Provides 2-channels of full featured 400 megasamples/s digitizing oscilloscope analysis. 100MHz bandwidth, single-shot and repetitive. 3.5ns rise time, 6-bit ADC resolution. Automatic para-metric measurements, auto-scale, ECL and TTL presets.
