HP - 4142B:  Modular DC Source/Monitor. Wide measurement range and excellent sensitivity, the HP 4142B modular DC source/monitor is a system-use dc measurement instrument especially designed for high-throughput dc semiconductor testers. Eight plug-in module slots can accommodate any combination of presently available modules. 3 - 41421B module - forces voltage up to +/-100V and simultaneously measures current down to 20 fA. Can also force currents up to +/-100 mA while measuring down to 40 micro-volts. 1 - 41420A source module - source +/-200 V or +/-1 (14W, dc or pulsed) resolution of 40 micro-volts and 20 fA. Calibrated & Certified.
