The exceptionally stable timebase and 2.5GHz trigger circuits give highly respeatable and accurate results as needed by today''''s engineers for circuit or device characterization and modeling. The Agilent HP 54750A has a bandwidth of up to 50GHz depending on plug-in (not included).
The 20-GHz or 50-GHz bandwidth and the low-noise specifications allow very precise measurements on low-level, high-speed signals. Timebase stability, accuracy, and resolution allow characterization of jitter in the most demanding applications.
